Ten German schoolteachers were taken to hospital after eating part of a chocolate cake left as an anonymous gift that turned out to be baked with marijuana, a city spokesman said. The teachers were said to be experiencing feeling of euphoria, giggling incessantly, and were sent home with a bag full of munchies. All are expected to fully recover.
