An Austriallian airline has changed it's lettuce supplier after a passenger found a frog living in the salad she was about to eat. The frog was reported to not have been screened by security so it was contained in a freezer for the remainder of the flight. The tree frog was later found frozen to an ice cream bar served to another passenger later in the flight. The frog has been detained for questioning.
