A woman in Indiana bought a blank VHS tape from a family dollar store for 2$ last week. To her surprise, the tape ended up not being blank at all. "When we turned on the cassette to record a TV program we couldn't believe what we were seeing," Reeves told the Times of Munster for a story Saturday. "It was appalling to discover what you thought was a sealed product was something that obviously had been tampered with. And for 2 Dollars? I thought this was "A Dollar" store." Family Dollar officials said they could not explain the mistake, but they did pull the rest of the tapes off their shelves. "It's not about a refund," Reeves said. "It's just that when I pay 2 dollars at a dollar store, I at least expect 2$ money shots over 1$ creampie filth." "In the 45-year history of our family stores, we've never had anything like this occur. We certainly don't understand how it could happen, and we don't condone that it did," store officials said.
